partnered wellness centers ensuring every client interaction feels warm, polished and
professional. From the very first call to post-visit follow-ups, you’ll create meaningful connections

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering a friendly, welcoming, and professional virtual experience.

Manage calls, messages, and scheduling, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and services.

Provide expert knowledge of wellness products, services, and memberships, helping clients make informed and confident decisions.

Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve concerns from rescheduling appointments to troubleshooting online check-ins.

Deliver personalized commendations that elevate client satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

Handle last-minute adjustments and client requests with empathy, confidence, and efficiency.

Uphold the brand’s commitment to wellness, care, and excellence in every interaction.
