From the very first call to post-visit follow-ups, you’ll create meaningful connections that make clients feel supported, valued and cared for.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years of client-facing or administrative experience, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or healthcare environments.
Bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client interactions with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
Proven experience using virtual communication and scheduling platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Calendly, or CRM systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying warmth, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling last-minute changes, rescheduling, and client concerns.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships, reflecting the values of care, trust, and excellence.
Prior experience in virtual assistance, customer service, or administrative coordination within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
High level of technical proficiency and adaptability with digital tools, online check-in systems, and client management software.
Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, with a desire to continuously learn and contribute to service improvements
