Virtual Legal Assistant
The Legal Assistant / Paralegal provides administrative, operational, and documentation support to legal and compliance teams by managing legal records, coordinating workflows, supporting legal drafting, and assisting with research and case-related administrative tasks in a remote environment.
This role supports the day-to-day execution of legal operations by ensuring that documentation, communication, filing systems, and compliance-related workflows remain organized, accurate, and professionally maintained across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, with 5+ years of experience supporting senior leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in managing calendars, meetings, travel and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and administrative tools such as Zoom, Slack and Salesforce.

Legal Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, meetings and priorities with accuracy and discretion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and seamless onboarding.
- Coordinate projects by tracking progress, following up on action items and maintaining team alignment.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations and documents with exceptional attention to detail.
- Plan and organize meetings, events and conferences, ensuring all logistics and follow-ups are handled efficiently.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, manage itineraries and reconcile expense reports promptly.
